Kim Belcastro- Board Member since 2021

Kim is a community leader who has contributed to the success of several community organizations, including serving on the boards of Life Enrichment Center and Miami Valley Hospital Foundation. She served as Director of Administration of Life Enrichment Center before retirement. She currently serves on the operations team of Apex Community Church and keeps up with her husband, Marc, her 3 married children and 9 grandchildren.

phil black - BOARD MEMBER SINCE 2014

Phil is a retired pharmacist who owned Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy for 30 years, and founded and co-owned Blackstone Home Health. He now serves Patterson Park Church as Director of Missions, as well as on several boards of local non-profits including One Bistro and Cedarville University School of Pharmacy. He is also a member of the national board of International Needs, a mission agency that underwrites church-planting, water, and medical projects and child sponsorships in 15 countries around the world.


CARLY COX - Board Member since 2021

Carly is President & COO of JJR Solutions, LLC responsible for executing company strategy and stewarding company financial performance, quality operations, and client experience. Prior to joining JJR Solutions in 2015, Carly held successive leadership positions within the defense industry, including 9 years at Peerless Technologies, and is a past recipient of Dayton Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award.

TIFFANY KELLNER - BOARD MEMBER SINCE 2019

Tiffany serves as Senior Vice President with The Radius Group at UBS Financial Services Inc, Dayton. She is a Certified Financial Planner as well as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and has helped manage wealth for more than 20 years. She is repeatedly named a Top Wealth Advisor Mom by Working Mother magazine. She also serves on the boards of Dayton Children’s Hospital and the Disability Foundation through the Dayton Foundation.


Cameron McGregor – Board Member since 2021

Cameron recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Ms. Medicine, a national primary and specialty healthcare organization specializing in comprehensive, longitudinal, women’s-specific care, and continues to offer counsel to Ms. Medicine on growth strategies.  She previously held leadership positions at Premier Health and Mercy Health-Springfield. She began her healthcare career as a registered nurse. She is also a past recipient of the Dayton Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award as well as the 2016 Tiller Hewitt Healthcare Strategies Legend Award.

BARBARA MILLS - BOARD MEMBER SINCE 2014

Barbara served until 2015 as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CBD Advisors, using her nearly 25 years of public service to help advance the private sector. She began her public service career in the 1980’s serving Congressman Bob McEwen (R-OH). She soon joined with United States Senator Mike Dewine (R-OH) as his State Director. She rounded out her public service with Congressman David Hobson (R-OH) as his district director. She has served on numerous non-profit boards and currently chairs the Ohio Governors Imagination Library Foundation. 


ROBERT MORRIS - BOARD MEMBER SINCE 2022

Bob serves as Chief Financial and Strategy Officer for Metta Health, parent company of Ohio’s Hospice and Pure Healthcare, which provides palliative healthcare and population care management mostly for underserved populations.  Bob formerly served as Chief Financial Officer for Midmark Corporation and CFO for DuBois Chemicals and Michelman Chemical. He is a CPA and has served on numerous not-for-profit and company boards of directors.


REBECCAH RAINES - BOARD MEMBER SINCE 2022

Bekah is a corporate attorney at Thompson Hine LLP, Dayton focusing on mergers and acquisitions and matters of corporate governance, for which she has received the Ones to Watch recognition from Best Lawyers in America©. She is a Dayton native and graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law after being a member on the School of Law’s first cohort of Dean’s Fellows. She has volunteered with several Dayton organizations, most recently with the Dayton Literary Peace Prize Foundation, Culture Works, and March of Dimes.


 

dr. charles bane - BOARD MEMBER SINCE 2022

Dr. Bane serves as president of Dayton Physicians Network and an active oncologist on their team. He earned his BS from University of Illinois, his MD from Washington University, St. Louis, MO, and completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology/Oncology Fellowship training at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. He served in the US Air Force Medical Corps for 12 years, and then entered private practice in Hematology and Medical Oncology in 2000 at Dayton Physicians. He is active in clinical research including government-funded and industry sponsored clinical trials, and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, Medical Oncology, Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

BOB MILLS - board member, Emeritus (Post Humous), Served 2014-2020

Bob was chairman of Mills Development and Synergy Building Systems. Since 1978, he led development of more than $800 million in Class A Office, Medical Office, Retail and Industrial Development space across Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. Bob served on numerous local and national non-profit and real estate boards. Philanthropy became an equal passion as he raised thousands for local and national organizations. In addition to founding Gala of Hope Foundation, he supported several Dayton region organizations, particularly those serving pediatric and adult cancer patients. Bob passed in 2020.
